What starting involves
- About ten minutes, on your phone or computer
- Your health history, current medications and allergies
- What you are hoping to change, in your own words
- Identity verification, and in some states a short video visit
- A licensed clinician reviews and replies, usually within a few business days
- No charge if you are declined
