Each is presented in full on the storefront before you accept it, so the version you agree to is the version that applies. Here is what each one covers.
Terms of Service
The agreement between you, Healthy Peptides as seller of your program, and Local Healthcare as the platform. Includes the contact-details clause: your name and email form part of Healthy Peptides' customer records so it can contact you about your program; no health, order or payment information is shared with it.
Privacy Policy
How the platform collects, uses and protects your personal and health information, and your rights over it.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are granted by Healthy Peptides and administered by Local Healthcare. Cancel before a shipment is dispensed for a refund of that period, less any completed clinician consultation. Dispensed medication cannot be returned.
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
For residents of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut and any state that adopts a similar law: what consumer health data is collected and shared, and the separate consent you are asked for on first access.

Medical care is provided by Beluga Health, P.A., an independent network of licensed providers. Prescription medication is provided only following consultation with a licensed clinician and only where clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved as drug products. Individual results vary.
Your card statement will show LOCAL HEALTHCARE. Your program is sold by Healthy Peptides, your medication is dispensed and sold by the pharmacy named on your label, and your medical care is provided by Beluga Health, P.A. Local Healthcare (Lifted Health LLC) collects your payment as billing agent for each of them.
