For years, the most popular peptides lived in a grey zone: FDA would not let pharmacies compound them, and demand went to websites selling vials marked "research use only". Hundreds of thousands of people injected products with no prescriber, no pharmacy and no test certificate, and most of them believed they were buying something approved.

On October 28, 2026, HHS changed the picture. Under an enforcement discretion policy, state-licensed pharmacies and physicians can now compound six peptides for individual patients, under ten conditions on sourcing, testing, labelling and reporting. Healthy Peptides exists to be the version of peptides that meets those conditions: a licensed clinician who decides, a licensed pharmacy that tests every lot, and a page for every peptide that tells you what the evidence actually shows.

Healthy Peptides is a consumer brand of Lifted Health LLC, Dover, Delaware. It sells you the program and is the seller of record. It runs on the Local Healthcare platform, also part of Lifted Health LLC, which collects your payment as billing agent and provides the technology, pharmacy network and support. Medical care is provided by Beluga Health, P.A., an independent physician-led medical group whose licensed clinicians review every intake and prescribe only where appropriate. Medication is compounded and shipped by state-licensed 503A pharmacies.

We keep three promises. We will never describe a compounded peptide as approved, proven or safe. We will tell you who made your product, who prescribed it and who billed you, on every receipt. And if the policy changes, we will say so on the day it happens, and pause what has to pause.
